Every morning should look like opening day
Members choose a coworking space partly for how it feels when they walk in. A sticky lounge table or a smudged booth door undercuts the membership you are selling. Concord Janitorial cleans flexible workspaces so the lounge, the desks and the kitchen look untouched when the first member badges in.
The plan is written room by room with your community or operations manager. Each zone, from the open floor and the private offices to the booths, meeting rooms, kitchen and event area, is given a separate task list and visit schedule, and the list changes as your floor plan does.
Workstations that change hands daily
Hot desks see a different person almost every day, so surfaces, monitor arms, desk lamps and chair arms are wiped on each visit. Shared keyboards and docking stations are cleaned with products safe for electronics. Under-desk areas are vacuumed, cable trays are dusted, and stray mugs are carried back to the kitchen.
Dedicated desks are handled with more restraint. Members leave notebooks, plants and laptops behind, so the crew wipes the clear areas, empties the bin and vacuums around the chair without moving personal items. Private offices are entered only on the access terms your team sets for each member, and locked suites are cleaned on the days your team schedules.
Glass booths, focus rooms and meeting rooms
Phone booths and focus pods are small, glass-fronted and used back to back. Crews polish both faces of the glass, wipe the shelf, seat and door pull, and vacuum the acoustic felt and floor. Meeting rooms get conference tables wiped, chairs pushed in square, whiteboards cleaned to a bright finish, and screens and remotes dusted.
Podcast rooms, wellness rooms and quiet libraries each get their own short list, so specialty spaces are not treated like a standard office.
The member kitchen and pantry
The kitchen is where members linger, and it shows wear first. Counters, sinks, the espresso machine exterior, refrigerator handles and microwave interiors are cleaned each visit. Clean dishes are put away, the dishwasher can be loaded and run, and cabinet fronts and tables are wiped of drips and crumbs.
Stock can be part of the plan too. Through our breakroom and pantry restocking service, crews can buy and shelve coffee, snacks and drinks to your list, and our janitorial supplies program covers paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, sanitizer and can liners for restrooms and kitchens. If you prefer to buy your own, crews restock from your shelves instead.
Daytime care while members are working
A coworking floor is in use from early morning into the evening, and some spaces stay open around the clock. Booking day porter hours puts someone on the floor to clear the kitchen, freshen restrooms, wipe lounge tables and move trash out, quietly and away from calls. The heavier work, such as floor care, deep restroom cleaning and carpet extraction, is saved for nights and weekends.
Your space can also be reset after mixers, workshops and launches. Chairs are returned to their layout, tables and counters cleaned, floors spot-mopped, and the event room readied for the next morning’s bookings.
Flexible workspace from downtown Concord to Walnut Creek
Whether your space sits in downtown Concord, inside a Walnut Creek office building or in a smaller commercial center in Pleasant Hill or Martinez, its blend of open seating, private rooms and kitchen space is its own, and the route is drawn to match.
When members move out, private offices can be emptied of debris, wiped down, vacuumed and window-sill dusted, so your sales team can tour the room the next day. Carpet in busy aisles and lounges can get hot-water extraction on a set calendar.
Setting the schedule and price around your membership
Your price is shaped by square footage, the number of desks, offices and booths, how many kitchens and restrooms you run, your hours, and whether porter time or pantry stocking is included. As membership grows or a new floor opens, the task list and visit count can be adjusted.
Before the first night, your operations team receives our certificate of insurance, which shows a company that is insured and bonded with workers’ compensation in place. Cleaners are background-checked before they enter member areas, and supervisors complete quality inspections on a regular cycle. A free walkthrough and written quote start with a quick request.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Will crews move laptops or papers left on dedicated desks?
No. Personal items stay exactly where members left them. Crews wipe the open surface around them, empty the bin and vacuum the floor.
How do you know which private offices to clean on a given night?
Your community manager keeps the list. Offices are added, skipped or flagged for a move-out clean through one contact, and the supervisor updates the crew’s checklist.
Can someone handle the kitchen and restrooms while members are in?
Yes. A day porter can cover the kitchen, restrooms, lounge and trash during the hours you choose, alongside the overnight clean.
Can you buy coffee and snacks for the member kitchen?
Yes. Our pantry restocking service shops to your list and shelves the items, and paper goods, soap and liners can come from our supply program.
What happens after an evening event in the lounge?
Book an event reset. Furniture goes back to its usual layout, tables and counters are cleaned and floors are spot-mopped before members arrive the next day.
